3. Feature
3.1. Test fast: after fixing clamp, it takes only 3 seconds to complete test and output the result.
3.2. Test the broken bar and thin bar due to porosity, sand hole and residue caused by manufacturing technic or bad material.
3.3. Simple interface: the software is easy to understand and operate based on independently developed test software.
3.4. Help and support: the software is attached with introduction and waveforms analysis of testing data.
3.5. The testing supports connection to MES system, and optional equipped with the extension function of barcode scanning, report form and QR code printing.
4. Test process
4.1. Set the test items and parameter range for different rotor models and select the corresponding model before the test.
4.2. Put the rotor on the test bench and fix it.
4.3. Press two start buttons on the panel to start the test, and the indicating light displays “in test”.
4.4. All items will be test automatically and the operator is not allowed to touch the machine during the test.
4.5. Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing the test.
4.6. Take out the tested rotor and continue to test next one from step 2.
