2. Tested stator introduction
2.1 DUT: stator of the pump motor
2.2 Test items: insulation resistance, winding resistance, surge and Hipot
3. Test Procedure
3.1 Select the program before starting to test.
3.2 Put the stator on the designated station and connect the wire
3.3 Move the cover to start the test
3.4 The stator is tested automatically, and the operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.
3.5 After testing the stator, OK or NG will be displayed.
3.6 Continue to test next stator as the above steps.
4. Function description
4.1 The test items can be selected as required.
4.2 Available selected motor model ≥1000.
4.3 The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.
4.4 Two options are available if the stator fails the test, “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If the stator fails the resistance test, the test will be stopped until testing the other three windings.
4.5 Statistic data: record the testing data and save the testing system.
