Test standard:
In line with China's national standard GB18380.1_2001 "cable in the flame under the conditions
of the combustion test Part I: single insulated or vertical cable burning test method", the
equivalent use of IEC60332-1.
Applicable to the determination of a single plastic line, control, cross-linked, elevators, marine,
mining cables and other non-retardant properties. And can do a high self-extinguishing low-
smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105 ℃ low-smoke
halogen-free flame retardant olefin insulation materials vertical burning test.
Features:
The device can automatically ignite and close the test flame, automatic timing, automatic end of
the test, high accuracy, easy operation and so on. This equipment consists of control box,
combustion box, propane combustion lamp, solenoid valve, high voltage igniter, gas pipe,
pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter (propane and air) and signal control line.
The main parameters:
1, vertical combustion box: box size W300xH1200xD450mm;
2, gas: the use of high-purity propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas (user-owned);
3, be tested wire and cable length: 600 ± 25mm;
4, the test wire and cable diameter: conductor diameter greater than 0.8mm or cross-sectional
area greater than 0.5mm2;
5, the device should be placed in a non-ventilated and temperature (23 ± 10) ℃ environment for
testing;
6, the flame should be continuous burning of the sample, the flame burning time T Setting range
0.1-999.9 (seconds) continuous set;
7, the switch can be selected according to actual needs of manual or automatic;
8, gas flow range: 0.1-1L / min;
9, the air flow range: 0.1-1m3 / h
