1. Introduction

The pendulum impact test apparatus is Low energy pendulum impact device below 2J, it is consisted by test appartus, impact hammer, sample mounting support and hard wooden block. An impact element made of a polyamide with a radius of 10mm, mass of 150g and rockwell hardness of HT100 is firmly fixed to the lower end of the steel pipe with an outer diameter of 9mm and a wall thickness of 0.5mm, and the steel pipe fulcrum is positioned at the upper end of the steel pipe to make the steel pipe It can only oscillate in the vertical plane, and the axis of the fulcrum should be 1000mm above the axis of the impact element.
