Product Overview:
1. SCB10 epoxy resin dry-type transformer has the advantages of low performance loss, good energy-saving effect, economical operation, maintenance free, advanced process structure, high short circuit resistance, lightning impulse level, flame-retardant, moisture-proof, dust-proof,
low noise, and can go deep into the load center. It is widely used in places with high fire protection requirements such as inflammable and explosive
2. The temperature display controller can be installed on the epoxy resin dry-type transformer to display and control the operation temperature of the transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of the transformer.
At the same time, intelligent computer interface is reserved to realize remote control. Epoxy resin dry-type transformer is equipped with low-noise amplitude flow fan, which can reduce winding temperature, improve load capacity and prolong transformer life after startup; when forced air cooling is adopted, rated capacity can be increased by 40-50%.

7.Low voltage winding is made of whole copper foil, together with turn insulation of Class F, on special low voltage foil winding machine. Foil coil can solve the problems of low voltage, short-circuit stress of high current coil winding products is high, ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation effect, spiral angle of winding, unstable quality of manual welding and so on.
At the same time, the winding end of our company is sealed with resin, solidified, moisture-proof and anti-fouling. Lead copper bars are welded automatically by argon arc welding.
8.The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage coil. It can automatically detect and display the working temperature of the phase coil, and has the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.
