Compared with model scb12 epoxy resin cast three-phase dry-type transformer, model scb13 dry-type transformer is a new upgrading generation product. Its no-load loss reduces by 5% compared with model scb12, showing a significant energy-saving effect. Meanwhile, it is safe, fire-retardant, pollution-free, maintenance-free, and easy installation. With good moisture-proof performance, it can restart without pre-drying after shutdown. This model shows a low loss, low partial discharge, and low noise. Under forced air cooling, it can operate at 120% of the rated load. Perfect temperature protection and control system provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the transformer.
Structural features:
1. The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet.
2. Epoxy resin cast and sealing technique reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.
3. Temperature control system and air-cooling system adopts a top-blowing cross-flow fan, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful look, etc.
4. The adoption of an intelligent temperature controller improves the safety and reliability of the transformer.
5. Shell further protects the transformer's safety. Options of the protection level are IP20, IP23, etc., and choice of shell material includes but not limited to aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel.
6. The low-voltage outgoing line can be standard bus outgoing, side outgoing, and top outgoing. A special customized outgoing way is available.
