Structural characteristics

1. The high voltage coil is made of round copper wire wrapped in high quality polyurethane paint, and the low voltage coil is made of cable paper.Interlayer insulation using point paper, in the coil drying process at a certain temperature began to melt, produce adhesion, with the rise of the temperature and began to solidify, so that the adjacent layers of the winding reliably bond into a fixed unit, to prevent the coil winding displacement, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the insulation structure.

2. The iron core

Adopt the grain oriented silicon steel sheet made of single-phase amorphous alloy silicon steel sheet or roll roll core, can guarantee the flux flow direction consistent with grain oriented silicon steel sheet, make the excellent properties of the material fully play, no-load loss was far below the standard requirements, and with special core curing paint fastening, further effectively reduce transformer noise levels.

3. Use cylindrical oil tank, the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, the inside and outside of three primers, a coat of paint, the product has salt fog, moisture and heat prevention, anti-mold, beautiful and durable, enhance the reliability of operation, normal operation without maintenance.

4. The high-voltage sleeve (one or two) is drawn out from the box cover, and the current limiting fuse is hidden in the casing.Equipped with a lightning arrester (one or two), installed on the wall of the box, the end is close to the end of the high-voltage casing outlet, connected with a copper belt.Equipped with a secondary circuit breaker, installed in the box, the box wall with an external operation handle, overload reset and signal light.The low-voltage casing is extracted from the box wall, and X2 is equipped with grounding device. The high-voltage single casing is extracted from the near end through the high-voltage casing, and the other end is grounded.

5. The single-phase distribution transformer developed by our company can be customized with the capacity of 3 ~ 333KVA, the input voltage of 6-35kv, the frequency of 50HZ or 60HZ, and the implementation of IEEE C57, ANSI C57, IEC76, GB10318 and other standards.

·Service conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
