Product Description
Power transformer three phase oil immsered electrical transformer rated voltage during 6-35kV, oil immersed transformer are most used in power plant,power grid transmission and distribution station,industry& commerce electrical substation as the electrical equipment of power transmission,

Characteristic:
Long service life, maintenance free operation. The fully sealed transformer insulates the contact of oil fish and air, greatly reduces the aging speed of insulation and improves the service life.
The product is designed with compact structure and low running noise. Due to the use of new materials and new processes, noise reduction, no oil conservator, the height is lower than similar products. No oil change is needed in the normal service life, which improves the safety and reliability of operation in the network.
Corrugated mailbox has small volume and beautiful appearance. The tank of S11 power transformer adopts corrugated heat dissipation. When the oil temperature changes, the elastic expansion and contraction of the corrugated sheet with volume change will adjust the compensation.
No hanging core and oil detection. When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum filter oil process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer oil. After sealing, the inner part of the transformer does not contact with the air, effectively preventing the insulation performance degradation caused by oxygen and moisture entering the transformer.
High-quality material
a. The three- phase oil-immersed Power Transformer applies new type insulating structure.
b. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate 27ZH10.
c. All fasteners have been processed with special trearment to prevent them from loosening.
Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and the no-load of the transformers is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformers form aging or leakage.

·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
