Rubber gasket seals have a broad range use in industries, automotive, and many home appliance, etc. They are designed to create air tight spaces, to prevent liquid leakage under compression. ♦VMQ (Silicone), outstanding resistance to extremes of temperature with corresponding resistance to compression set and retention of flexibility, superior resistance to ozone, oxygen, and moisture. Poor fuel, oil resistance. So usually be selected for airtight seal. Odorless and less toxicity make it popular in food and bevarage markets.
♦NR(Nature Rubber), excellent compression set, high tensile strength, resilience, abrasion and tear resistance, excellent bonding capabilities to metal substrate. Not perform well when exposed to chemicals and petroleum. Widely used in water sealing for machinery.
♦NBR(Nitrile), a superior level of resistance against synthetic. Good resist to fuel, oil and many acids, but poor ozone resistance, so not recommend to exposure to air. A good compression set, normally used to oil sealing.
