We do not dye the thread. There is a fixed dyeing factory working for us, and they have well-trained technicians in charge of dyeing process to guarantee the correct color.

Q4. Where All The Quality Control Checks Are Carried Out?
Places/procedures checks are carried:
1. check the quality of thread, select the most suitable material strictly
2. Compare the color of thread being processed by dyeing factory with sample from customer
3. Check the braid produced in factory with sample from customer
4. Make sure the plastic end tags are firm
5. Measure the length of shoelace in natural condition, and make adjustment of cutting machine when necessary
6. Check the quality of blister card
7. make sure the plastic covering can stick to blister card firmly
