Product Description:
Glass fiber filter cloth is an ideal fabric for high-temperature bag filter bags for various applications. Due to the excellent properties of glass fiber, glass fiber filter cloth has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It has the characteristics of alkali resistance, oxygen resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Fiberglass filter cloth is the best solution for environments with operating temperatures ranging from 150°C (300°F) to 260°C (500°F). fiberglass filter cloth can be used for industrial dust collection. Fiberglass woven cloth bag is widely used in industry of Cement, Black carbon, Iron & Steel, Iron alloy, Thermal power, Coal-fired furnace and so on
Features:
High-temperature resistance, glass fiber filter material has a good heat resistance and can be used at high temperatures of 260-280 ℃. This not only saves the cost of flue gas cooling of the dust collector but also reduces the risk of condensation.
Fiberglass fabric does not shrink when the operating temperature is below 280°C, and it has better dimensional stability than organic synthetic fibers.
Application:
The separation of solid particles from gases through textile filter media at very high temperatures is an essential part of industrial processes, helping to recover valuable materials and improve pollution control. In a fabric dust collector, dust-laden gas is drawn through a breathable fabric, usually in the form of tubular bags of varying diameters and lengths, through which the gas passes through the fabric and traps particles. During this process, the gas is filtered and the clean gas comes out of the dust collector/bag filter.
