Our icing sheet has a smooth white surface which results in brilliant colour prints when used with edible inks.
Each sheet is mounted on a plastic carrier for feeding through the printer. It's easy to peel after printing.
It is easy to melt with whipped cream and without bubbles for long time.
It has a neutral taste so can be used on any king of cake with out detracting from the flavour.
