1. Type: Two-component waterborne epoxy primer

Product introduction

dwp1050 series two-component waterborne epoxy primer is a new generation of two-component waterborne epoxy primer developed by Haorisen Coatings (Shanghai) Co., Ltd .; low solvent content, does not contain lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and other heavy metals. The paint film has the characteristics of good adhesion and flexibility; this series of products have excellent anti-corrosion performance; it is suitable for different metal plates.

Scope of application

The product can be directly attached to the metal substrate; its upper coating is usually a matching water-based topcoat.

Fourth, the construction process parameters

1.Applicable substrate: metal substrate.

Matching ratio

3.Suitable construction environment temperature and humidity: temperature 10-35 ℃, humidity 30-80% rh.

4.Substrate treatment: No oil and dust particles on the substrate.

5.Applicable construction methods: airless spray, air spray, electrostatic spray.

6, calm time: 8-15min / 10-35 ℃.

7, curing conditions: 60-80 ℃ / 20-40min (workpiece holding time).

8.Personnel protection: Construction personnel need to wear labor protection supplies.

• Precautions

1.Utensils can be cleaned with dilute ammonia solution or matching cleaning agents.

2.It is harmful to human health after inhalation. Please take safety measures during construction.

六, storage, packaging and transportation

This product is water-based paint, non-dangerous, non-flammable and explosive; prevent direct sunlight and avoid freezing during transportation (> 5 ℃); packaging is 200l, 50l, 20l, 10l plastic drum or iron drum; transportation and storage The packaging barrel should be kept clean and hygienic to avoid the dirt brought into the packaging barrel during the feeding process; if the packaging is damaged, the quality of the products in it should be re-checked. The products should be stored indoors, kept ventilated and dry to prevent freezing. And overheating, the storage temperature should be controlled at 5 ~ 35 ° C. Since the date of production, the product exceeds the storage period, and it should be determined by experiments whether it can continue to be used.
