Structure Of Drinking Water Filter Cartridges :
The activated carbon granule filter cartridge is filled in a plastic shell of water purifier without any chemical additives.
There are multiple layers of microfiber non-woven fabric at the upper and lower entrances and exits of the water purifier to prevent the release of carbon powder, and the outer casing is produced by ABS material ultrasonic welding process.
Since the liquid flows from the bottom to the top, the contact time and area between water and activated carbon granular layer is long and wide, therefore, it can effectively play the functions of chlorine removal, odor removal and deodorizing.
Activated carbon filter loads the required activated carbon particles into the special plastic shell, the end caps are welded to both end faces of the casing by welding equipment,, and the non-woven filter sheets for filtering are respectively placed at both ends of the casing to ensure the filter does not drop carbon powder and black water when it is used. According to the need, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connection. Interface modes are: flat pressure type and pipeline type.
