Modified PU Mixed EPDM Granules Running Track is made of PU, SBR, EPDM granules, including paint, additive, anti-oxygen additive and etc.

The surface of running track, which is made by EPDM rubber granule or PU granule is effective to reduce resistance during the race and improve sports achievements.

The running track is available to be in red, green blue or customized. 13mm in the competition area and 9mm in the non-competition area.

For adding thickness area, it is 20-25mm. Running tracks are recognized as the best all-weather sports ground material in the world. Our running track products have been certificated by IAAF. Description

EPDM synthetic rubber vulcanization of the further strengthen of the materials of polymer, the good performance for Aging resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, impact resistance etc.

Natural rubber has excellent properties of high elastic insulation, waterproof, low specific gravity, after appropriate treatment with alkali, heat, cold, pressure. Full solid be consistent from beginning to end, and has maximum compression deformation. Its advanced partition design maximizes absorption and recovery of energy.

Installation steps:

1. Apply a layer of glue to the concrete field base, and mix the glue and particle in a ratio of 1:5.5 with hands or a mixer.

2. Spread the mixed material evenly on the concrete field base, and compact and flatten them with a pressure plate. The thickness you can control by your self, generally, the thickness of 1 mm square meter will cost 1.1 kg of EPDM particles.
