Some tips for application

1 Please use proper paper rolls for bag making.
2 Too much dried paper and paper with static electricity cannot be used. Paper with curl cannot be used (for sheet fed machines).Too much twisted cord or soft code cannot be used.
3 In case of using paper with laminated PP film, laminated layer (thickness) should be uniformed.
4 Our recommended specifications of glue at each gluing section should be used(to be controlled in accordance with ambient temperature and humidity).
5 Bag Width and Bottom width have limitation according to combination.
6 Longitudinal glue position is on bag face and 25-30mm gluing space is necessary (optionally inner gusset gluing is possible).
7 In case of using full printing rolls or PP laminated paper, basically bottom gluing part and longitudinal gluing part should be left. In this case,appox. 7mm print overlap or lamination overlap is necessary.
8 Production capacity depends on paper quality,paper weight, with or without print, glue quality, cord quality, bag size,operating environment etc.

1. This machine puts a handle rope between two pieces of paper and fixes it together with hot melt glue as a hand grip. The handle material can be twisted paper rope,twisted p.p.rope,acrylic resin rope,etc. The handle making machine is installed parallel. Organ line adjustment and pressure adjustment are controlled by a digital display, greatly reducing the time for adjusting and improved production efficiency.

2. Pasting handles that made by handle making machine or cardboard to the mouth of the main sheet paper and folding.This is pasting unit for handles or cardboard (double pasting style) It can automatically calculate the quantity and more convenient to collect bags.

3. This unit punches two holes as well as four holes,normally there are 3 kinds of holes diameters, 4,6 and 8mm. And holes distance included two kinds, 80 to 200mm. It's possible to set up a banana type holes die cutting system as option. Only needs to adjust one side of the cylinder, the other two sides will be adjusted automatically. Greatly reduced adjustment time and improved production efficiency.
