Features:

A. Standard paper feeding device:

1. The use of vacuum variable speed paper feeding and vacuum paper feeding adjustment can achieve stable paper feeding and accurate handover;

2. The paper feeder adapts to the requirements of the maximum paper format of 790X625mm, the minimum paper format of 393X273mm, and the maximum speed of 15,000 sheets/hour; it can achieve stable transportation of paper with a thickness of 0.04mm-0.7mm; the adjustment is quick and convenient, and the paper feeding is more stable precise.

B. Water and ink delivery mechanism:

1. Five-roller structure alcohol dampening system, the water roller is forced to drive, which effectively reduces the generation of ghosts and quickly achieves ink and ink balance. It adds a segmented blowing device to solve the problem of adjusting the water volume on both sides or locally. The rollers are separated when leaving the water, which is effective Protect the water rubber roller.

2. The remote-controlled partitioned ink fountain realizes precise setting of ink quantity in partitions. The ink fountain stick is directly driven and automatically tracks the speed of the host machine.

C. Front side gauge, paper delivery main drive and other mechanisms:

1. It adopts a bottom-swing front guide and a bottom-swing paper delivery device to ensure smooth and accurate paper delivery.

2. The bottom-swing paper delivery device ensures that the paper delivery mechanism has a simple structure and is easy to adjust.

3. The lower-swing front guide can achieve overall skew adjustment, front and rear adjustment of a single front guide from -0.5 to +0.5mm, and the paper pressing tongue can adjust to 0.04mm-0.7mm paper.

4. The vacuum suction side pull gauge can ensure the accurate positioning of the paper and protect the paper surface from damage.

5. Main transmission device: The transmission is driven by an AC motor with stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. The high-precision first-stage reduction helical gear set inputs the entire power from the first printing unit.

6. Semi-automatic plate changing device: This device can quickly change the printing plate, and the printing plate enters the plate changing program through the plate transfer box at the guard. The combination of air bag and cylinder action is suitable for domestic printing characteristics, and it also incorporates manual plate adjustment features to adapt to special layout requirements.

D. Printing device:

1. Use double-diameter impression rollers and "seven o'clock" roller arrangement; the rollers and gears are taper-fitted to meet the machine's overprint accuracy requirements.

2. It adopts a "single-shaped" paper transfer device without a barrel body and an advanced air-cushion non-contact and non-smudge paper guide system. The paper tooth pad adjustment device can respond quickly to thick and thin paper, reducing the need for adjustment. machine time.

3. The diagonal registration of the printing plate can be accomplished by automatically adjusting the eccentricity of the paper transfer roller. Diagonal adjustment range: -0.2～+0.2mm.

4. The installation method of wall panels and bottom supports is adopted. The roller can be pulled out from the frame during disassembly, thereby ensuring the installation and positioning accuracy of the frame.

5. Pneumatic clutch pressure mechanism: adopts double cylinder method and electric pressure regulating mechanism. Paper thickness adjustment range: 0.04-0.70mm.

6. Plate roller plate pulling mechanism: It adopts electric plate pulling. The circumferential position adjustment is located on the transmission side of the machine, and the axial position adjustment is located on the control side of the machine.

7. Add automatic cleaning devices for ink rollers and rubber impression rollers (optional) to improve work efficiency and labor costs.

E. Paper collection mechanism:

1. The integral casting guide rails, paper delayer and air suction can be adjusted to suit different formats.

2. Suitable for "shadowless" paper delivery rows for ordinary and UV printing. There are 7 gears for collecting paper.

3. To adapt to high-speed delivery, increase the air output of the delivery fan or increase the paper blowing rod.

F. Electrical control system:

Use touch buttons and fieldbus methods to improve the electrification control level of offset printing machines. The electrical control system can directly control the ink delivery device, water supply device, overprinting device, automatic cleaning, serial adjustment, etc. of the entire printing press. It can also monitor the working status of the entire machine and display faults, which greatly facilitates the operator's operation control and troubleshooting of machine faults.
