Hammer Crusher are applicable to smashing all kinds of medium hardness and brittleness material, such as limestone, coal, salt, plaster, alum, brick, watts, coal gangue, etc.

Being broken material the compressive strength is no more than 150 million mpa. It can make the different sizes of the raw material break into uniform particle, so as to facilitate the processing of next working procedure, the mechanical structure and reliable, high production efficiency, good applicability.

Working principle of the heavy hammer crusher

When stone materials enter the crushing cavity via the vibrating feeder, they'll be struck by the hammers hung the rotor and be thrown onto the impact plate. The materials which spring back from the impact plate will be struck by the hammers again until they reach the desired size, after which the materials will fall through the screening plate under the rotor .The distance between the impact plate and the rotor can be adjusted to meet shape and size requirements.
