Inflatable Pipe Plug made of synthetic cord fabric in high strength
Application:
It is designed to be inserted into lateral and Y joints in building industry. Similar with building mandrel, the rubber plug is flexible on diameter and length. It was invented from ship launching airbag which could land or launch LDT over 25,000. It has the advantages of safe, durable, environment friendly, easy handling, etc.
Material & Construction: inner rubber layer+synthetic cord layers+outer rubber layer, all rubber is 100% natural rubber imported from Thailand and Vietnam.
For normal rubber plug, other factories always use chloroprene rubber material and dipped fabric, which could not undertake high pressure at all and easy to be broken.
Synthetic cord fabric is always used in tire industry, is very durable, and safe to use. Natural rubber material made the plug very soft, high-tear/tensile strength, could be used for 5-10year long time.
