our buyer looking for at least 10 suppliers and choose five suppliers which she/he thought are good.
Then this manager from purchase deparment and manager from technical deparment to check these five suppliers.
They choose three suppliers between these five suppliers to let General manager to go to check and decide the best supplier.
Material were coming and QC to check.
