Our factory is a specialized factory for manufacturing special marine propulsion units, mainly Controllable pitch propeller(CPP), Bow Thruster,Tunnel thruster (TT), Azimuth thruster and Rudder propeller(RP). It was founded in 1975 and has a history of more than 30 years. As for the designing and manufacturing of the marine propulsion units, it has rich experience and introduced advance technology of Controllable pitch propeller from Kamewa of Sweden and Rudder propeller from Schottel of Germany. Not only for the technic and variety but also the quantity and service for consumers has a solid foundation.
1.Marine Bow Thruster / Tunnel Thruster:
Bow and tunnel thrusters are primarily used for docking, slow speed maneuvering, emergency steering and station keeping at zero or slow forward speed. They are installed transversely in the bow or the stern of a vessel.
2. Driven type of our marine bow thruster, marine tunnel thruster
2.1.Electric Marine Bow Thruster / Tunnel Thruster
Electric drive bow thrusters with fixed pitch propeller are available from 250 to 10,750 HP (8.0MW). They are designed for variable speed electric motor input, either DC with SCR control systems or AC with variable frequency drives. Most are used in dynamic positioning applications.
2.2.Engine Driven Marine Bow Thruster / Tunnel Thruster
Engine driven bow thrusters for direct engine drive are available in the range of 250 to 3,000 HP. The engine must be provided with a marine gear with a reduction ratio to match the input speed. A cardan shaft connects between the output shaft of the marine gear and the input shaft.
2.3.Hydraulic driven Marine Bow Thruster / Tunnel Thruster
We offer a great line of hydraulic bow thrusters. They are used all over the world, many of them in dynamic positioning applications. hydraulic bow thrusters are available from 35hp to 2,000hp. Geared Bow thrusters for electric or direct engine drive are available from 250 to 3,000 HP.
