Hot Sale Cheap Marine Steam-electric Heating Hot Water Tank
1. Application This pressure water tank is appropriate for the water supply system (fresh water, seawater) on board. 2. Principle description The device uses the pressure water pumped by water pump in tank to compress air so as to keep the water in tank under a proper pressure for the use on board. Liquid level meter: To show the water level condition in tank. Pressure gauge: To show the pressure in tank. Pressure controller: To control the start and stop of water pump. When the pressure in tank is under 0.3Mpa, the water pump will start to feed water into tank until the pressure reaches 0.4Mpa. Safety valve: When the pressure in tank is more than 0.42Mpa, the safety valve will open to release the pressure in tank. Charge valve: To charge the compressed air into tank. Discharging valve: To empty the water in tank when maintaining. Control box: The control box is designed with two control modes, one is manual control, the other one is auto control. It is equipped with main water pump, spare water pump and change-over switch SA3. If select the main water pump, please turn the change-over switch SA3 to "Main", if select spare water pump, please turn SA3 to "Spare". When the change-over SA2 is turned to "manual", the main water pump or spare water pump will be start to work manually. When the change-over switch SA2 is turned to "auto", the device will enter into auto work. When the high pressure controller detects the pressure in tank has reached 0.4MPa, the main water pump or spare water pump will stop working. 3. Operation manner 4.1 Gas-filled 4.1. 1 Start the compressor. Open the charge valve to change gas into tank until the needle of pressure gauge is directed to 0.1MPa. Then close charge valve, stop charging. 4.2 Adjust the range of control pressure 4.2. 1 Set the low pressure controller as 0.3Mpa, high pressure controller as 0.4MPa. 4.3 Adjust the take-off pressure of safety valve 4.3. 1 Adjust the take-off pressure of safety valve, when the pressure in tank is more than 0.42MPa, the safety valve will take off to release the pressure in tank. 4.4 Normal working 4.4.1 Open the water inlet and outlet valve 4.4.2 Turn the selective switch "main pump- spare pump" of control box to main water pump or spare water pump. Turn the change-over switch of water pump to "auto". When the pressure in tank is lower than 0.3MPa, the water pump will start automatically until thepressure reaches 0.4MPa. 5. Pipes5.1 Charge valve: Connected to the compressed air connector to fill in compressed air. 5.2 Water inlet and outlet: Connected to the outlet of water pump to inject water into tank. 5.4 The water outlet of safety valve: To discharge the pressure water. It is connected to bilge. 5.5 Discharging outlet: To empty all of the water in tank. It is connected to bilge.
