3.5 Capability

¾       Comply with the requirements and rules of SOLAS MSC.218(82), MSC.272(85), and amendment 1996, MSC.81(70),MSC.226(82), MSC.274(85).

¾       Hook device is the off-load release. And across approval by Classification Society. The hook has the insurance device. It must lock the insurance after the hook reposition. And at the same time the hook can be came away.

¾       In the course for descend and receive the boat. It must across the painter to avert the boat to writhe. When the boat is lowed to the surface to release the hook and start the engine and then to take off the painter.

¾       Fit out the self-righting device. It can self-righting by itself.

¾       Stock two buoyant oars. When the engine can’t be used the oars can be used.

¾       Bases the SOLAS require to equip the equipment. The petty equipments will be fitted in the waterproof equipment box. The oars will be attached in the rescue boat. And the compass and searchlight etc. will be fixture on the brace.

¾       It is installed the buoyant lifeline at the two side of rescue boat.

¾       The tread surface is the antiskid.

¾       Equip a manual pump. It used to work off the sweeper in the boat.

¾       The deck can self-motion drainage.

¾       The charge transformer is provided by davit . It is installed in the electrical control box for davit.
