Many customers will meet some problems when you are processing the laminated glass, here I conclude some situation for 

laminated glass solution:

1 Bubble appeared on the edge of the laminated glass:

Problem: Stop vacuum pump and open the vacuum bag ealier, the air come back to the glass again.

Solution:  Please do not stop vacuuming and open the vacuum bag until the temperature is below 50 degree( you can put your

hands on the vacuum bag to feel it( Body temperature is 36-37 degree).

 

2 Many small bubble appear in all around the glass. Vacuum or vacuum pump not able to get value not reached -0.095Mpa.

Solution: 

1. Check for leaks,  whether there is the case of the vacuum exhaust pipe breakage. 

2.  Make sure the bag of silica glass display reasonable success silicone vacuum bags can be clearly observed ,

3.  check the " airway " is blocked. surrounded by glass screen or you can put some dry wood to glass (preferably
