1. How to buy the kids lamp products from your company?

2. Cou you custom made the small table lamp for us ?

We usually do not offer custom service. But if you have big quantity, We may custom make it for you.

3. Can I get a sample to test the kids lamp first ?

It's acceptable to offer lights samples, But we need to charge sample Charge at first cooperation. After many times cooperation, We may offer free new products to our clients.

4. What's your payment term ?

Our payment terms is T/T 30% deposite payment and 70% for balance payment before delivery.

5. How long about your production time ?

Production time is usually 30-40 days for big order.(over 500 pieces.) And 20-30 days for general order(less 500 kids lamps.)

6. What kind of kids lamp you can offer ?

We generally offer baby bedroom lighting, Like ceiling lamp, floor lamp, desk lamp, baby table lamp, kids night light, kids lamp. Also we can offer children room wall lights, pendant lights, battery operated lights and other lamps & lighting.

7. What certificate do you have ?

Currently we have certificate of CE, SGS, RoHS, CCC, UL, UV, and other certificate, So it's easy for you to import to your country and sell the kids lamp.

8. How many customer or countries do you ever exported to ?

We have exported to more than 80 countries and area. Like USA, Brazil, UK, Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, India, Germany, Jepan, Australia, France and other countries.

Each kids lamp will be packed by sepcial design EPE block, And each part of the small table lamp was protected by PE bag, Then it will be fixed in the hole of block. The thickness of block is more than 20mm. So the lights will be very safety by protected by EPE block

After the kids lamp was fixed stable in the block. The whole block will be load into the paper carton. The thickness of paper carton is usually 8mm-12mm. So it's very strong and keep the small table lamp safety during the transportational process.

After packed safety, We make 1 piece or more pieces kids lamp into one carton. And glued the carton very well. Regarding the carton, we can custom made for our clients with their required packing box. white color, or custom logo for clients. That's all acceptable.

For sample products or small order less than 10 pieces, We ususlly delivery the lamps by Express. You may choose to use our Express Agnet or your own Express account.

For big order or more than 2 CBM kids lamp products, We suggested to transport it by Sea. The shipping time is 5-15 days to Asia. And 30-40 days to Europe and America.

For big order to inland country, We usually deliver the small table lamp by air. And the deliver time is fast than by sea and cheap by Express.
