Intelligent AC tester is the instrument that can test load capability and technology parameter of family power, diesel generator set, AC stable power supply, inverter and high-power UPS. It is of big LCD displaying, keyboard setting, SCM intelligent controlling, setting and testing all kinds of parameters, high measurement precision and intellectualization. It can achieve constant-power discharging, parameter testing and load discharging at the same time with setting discharge power. After discharging, data can form test report, then display and print with processing by PC. It’s convenient to build the management archives of running status for equipment and check power supply capability. It is the essential test tool of project acceptance and maintenance of ups and generator that is of safe usage, long life, low noise and wide application range.
Main feature and function
1.All the parameters and real-time test data can be displayed by big LCD and referred by Chinese(English) menu
2.Parameter test and load discharge can process at one time. It is controlled by SCM, and can automatically test three-phase voltage, current and power ETC.
3.Discharge power can be set. It can achieve constant-power discharging. It is of high reliability, no red-hot phenomenon and automatic protection function.
4.Power, test time, record period, voltage lower limit, voltage upper limit, lead internal resistance, operation model, data and time parameter can be set with keyboard.
5.Alarm function: sound alarm and stop machine. Alarm content: lacking phase, under-voltage , overvoltage, high temperature and urgent stopping.
6.Automatic stopping function: test time and protective voltage parameter can be set. It can stop testing automatically meet following conditions: test time out and protective voltage out.
7.Inquiry function: It can query test data and search abnormal records.
8.On-line communication: tester can communicate directly with upper-end computer via RS232 interface or transfer data with U disk, and connect with power monitor system when upload real-time data according to provision.
9.The function of PC control and data process
a)It is of setting system parameter with PC and starting/ stopping discharge process.
b)It can gain the discharge parameter of tester.
c)Start/stop on-line testing.
d)Data storage: After discharge, collected data can be transferred to U disk, then transferred to PC with U disk or uploaded to PC with RS232 interface.
e)After discharge, discharge data can be collated, printed, reported and filed.
10.Parallel machine function: Tester can parallel connect 2-9 same type one machines with RS485 interface.

Data processing software
Co-operating with tester, data process software can analysis or process to all kinds of data tested by tester, running status and abnormal record, form all kinds of curve, data table and chart, print and preview: voltage curve table(can check R,S and T phase voltage curve),current graph(can check R,S and T phase current curve),temperature curve graph, frequency curve graph, power curve graph, voltage precision curve graph(can check R,S and T phase voltage precision curve, frequency precision graph, imbalance curve graph and data table. System parameter can be set.
