Intelligent testing system of generating set
Intelligent testing system of generating set can test output power and load capacity exactly. Its main function is test electricity parameter contain dynamic parameter to all kinds of generating set. It is composed of monitor and load box and can be used cooperating with position machine to achieve intellectualized and achieve special testing to all kind of electricity parameter of generating set automatic and form schematics, curve and monitor report. It can completely leave handcraft operating. (Intelligent control, automatism and man can be selected).It can provide scientific monitor measure for high-power generating set equipment.
Main feature and function
1.It can test stable state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, run duration of generating set and so on.
2.It is of harmonic analysis. It can analyze voltage, 2-50 times harmonic capacity of current, total harmonic capacity, and power energy accumulate function.
3.It is of setting test, fluctuating test, transient test (load increase quick, load decrease quick) ,and can test automatic max voltage, min. voltage, max current, min. current, max frequency, min. frequency and restoring time.
4.It is of powerful voltage oscillograph and photoelectricity isolate and RS485/RS232 com communication.
5.Not only it can display all stable state parameter, but also the load increase quickly, load decrease quickly, voltage, current, frequency curve, voltage curve, current harmonic curve and harmonic content.
6.Cooperating with position machine, It can achieve automatic testing all electricity parameter and form all kinds of chart, curve, and test report. The content of data is very abundant; the report form is of applicability. Data and report forms can be signed and changed format according to consumer’s need.
7.It is of four group load control functions. Its each group can control 25% load and combine four load forms of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% or set oneself according to users’ need.

Data processing software
Intelligent testing system of generating can achieve data transferring function with position machine, because it is the function of large serial communication. Two serial measures: RS232 and RS485,each is photoelectricity isolation. Data processing software kit can form the curve and chart of current harmonic, voltage harmonic, voltage increased quickly, current increased quickly, frequency curve decreased quickly, test report and capability report and so on.
