features

4.5KW China water cooling spindle has high precision , long life time , steady working , easy

to start up .

Three axis all adopt imported Taiwan HINWIN square orbit, double slippers, imported

ballcsrew and bearings, which make the machine work steadily, has heavy loading, good

working stability, high precision, and long life-span of the whole machine.

DSP control system with USB interface, working without connecting with computer during

working and easy to control.

Good software compatibility, it could compatible with many softwares, like: Type3/Artcam/

Castmate/Ucancam/CAD/CAM, etc.

Adopt high speed stepper motor and drivers, two motors for Y axis, the maximum speed is

35m/min.

Oiling system is easy to operate by one key press.

the separate control system makes the machine can be operated easily.

Adopt top rank international vacuum absorb table surface, it is made from electric wood

board with high absorb, which can absorb different materials, this material with big density

(1.3-1.45g/cm), heat resisting, it can resist high temperature (115°C).

This model machine has high speed, high efficiency, the maximum speed can reach to

above 35meters/min, it can reach to 25 meters/min when processing wave board, it can

match 4-5 common type machines.
