Characteristic

2,when using acid dye, reactive dye, media dye or metal complex dyes to dye wool and nylon fabric, at the first time should
dye bath to neutral and weak alkaline, cause at this time the initial dyeing rate is low, can dyeing uniformity, and then dye
bath with temperature rise gradually into acid, can promote the dye uptake completely, and to ensure the best dyeing reproducibility.
3,Since the beginning of dyeing rate is low, good levelness, so heating quickly, shorten dyeing time, improve the dyeing
production efficiency.
4,High temperature can join in, it don't like most of the free acid that will due to uneven diffusion caused by PH uneven
cause color flower, release acid agent may first diffusion, and then release acid, make dye bath PH uniform decline, dyeing uniformity.
