3. Advantages of DD type ball mill
DD type ball mill is a patented product, whose patent number is ZL 2015 2 0567742.2. The product has following advantages:
In terms of driving mode, instead of traditional mode “motor + geared reducer + chains”, DD type ball mill adopt electric motor to drive the milling cylinder directly.
1). Noise is obviously reduced.
2). The volume of equipment decreases, which could save more space.
3). There is no need to use reducer oil or lubricating oil for chains, which is environmentally friendly and is easier to keep the equipment clean.
4). Total power is just 7kW, which saves 30% to 50% energy compared with traditional ball mill.
5). There is no need to adjust chains regularly, which effectively decreases maintenance costs.
In terms of control mode, DD type ball mill adopt PLC + touch screen.
