Complete set automatic broiler farm equipment
Automatic poultry farming equipment for broiler includes:
1. Main feeding line system of silo or manpower hopper
Main feeding line system is consist of a driving device, a forage tower, a conveying pipe, an auger and a material level sensor. The main stocking line system is mainly used to convey feed from the forage tower into the hopper of the feeding line and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.
2. Pan feeding system
Chicken disc type automatic feeding system consist of a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, a suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a material level sensor.
The main function of this system is to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.
3. Nipple drinking system
This system is to deliver certain pressure water to drinking pipe, the water will flow out when automatically broilers touch the nipple, so as to meet the function of drinking water automatically.
4. Ventilation system
Ventilation system includes 36'' fan, 50'' fan and air inlet
5. Cooling pad system
Cooling pad-fan the longitudinal ventilation cooling combination is most economical and effective summer cooling combination of the poultry house
6. Automatic environment and power control system
There are four sets: T607, T610, T616, MR6616, T series are imported from Israel. Technology is advanced international level, on small environmental control.
7. Spraying and disinfecting system
It effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfect the poultry house
8. Poultry heating system
It can improve temperature of poultry house quickly, ensure poultry house have a suitable temperature.
