This machine adopts hydraulic driving and swing tool carrier,the structure is convenient to operate to operate and maintain.the characteristic of it is that it has complete fuctions mechanical back gauge manually operated trimming and numberical value display structure it also has blade clearnce "Quick set" device,line on the plate E10,SIKO DRO/HT071 NV system Available as optional.
Totally European design,streamlined looking,Frame: consists of right and left wall boards, working table, oil box, slot steel and etc. The stress of the welded parts can be eliminated by vibration. The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and can be transported easily.
-As the cutting beam has been designed in inner-inclined structure, it is easy for plates to fall down and the accuracy of
products can also be guaranteed.
Adopted fully welded frame,vibration eliminated stress,high rigidity ,hydraulic driving system,nitrogen cylinder return system,sturdy and durable,blade gap adjustment device and fine adjustment can be easily operated ,shadow line for good cutting,photocells at rear parts of machines as protection guard to the operator and other people ,backgauge stroke will be controlled and showed by E21 NC ,backgauge come with reducer box
Single or continuous stroke is at your option,electric door open,machine will stop working,oil tank and electric cabinet door come with rubber seals,throat come with cover
Front support plate come with balls ,thus ,facilitate feeding plate
