The novel researching PCR type of open cold rolling machine applies combinational modal mechanism, using computer for real-time displaying and controlling rolling process, adopting the new technologies of active measurement and proportional servo system. The PCR type has not only the advantage of international same kind type but also the unique features, having high adaptive ability to the blanks, easily and rapidly to operating and regulating.
