Description:
This surgical face mask making machine mainly produces plane mask, which consists of one mask forming unit and 2 earloop welding units.
Feeding of raw material roll, nose clip inserting and cutting, ultrasonic fusion, automatic mask cutting, earloop feeding and welding are completed automatically. 2-4 layers masks (without edge sealing) can be customized and it features in stable performance, simple operation and high quality.
Technical Feature:
1, Three rolls of fabric enter the equipment at the same time
2, Using ultrasonic technology, the surface layer, filter layer, and bottom material are automatically bonded. Then the creases, trimming, shaping and cutting of the outlet cover body are automatically pressed.
3, Through the conveying system, it is automatically distributed to the left and right sides.
4, At the same time through the photoelectric detection, the ear hook, the ultrasonic cut of the nose line, and spot welding are made to be permanently attached or buried inside the mask body.
5, With automatic output, it realizes a line of automatic operations from feeding to finished products, with an efficiency of up to 100 pieces per minute, helping the transformation and upgrade of intelligent production of face masks.
