Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Brushless Plastic Fan Blade, Cooling Axial Fan Double-plane Automatic Milling Balancing Machine is a customized vertical double-sided automatic balancing machine for the customer's cooling fan blade, and the balancing correction method is milling magnetic strips to remove the weight. The workflow of this equipment is manual loading, the equipment automatically completes initial balance measurement, the handling mechanism to carry the workpiece to balance correction station, double-plane milling magnetic strips to correct the balance, the handling mechanism to carry the workpiece back to the test station, balance re-test, and manual unloading.

The balancing test station of Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Brushless Plastic Fan Blade, Cooling Axial Fan Double-plane Automatic Milling Balancing Machine adopts self-made high-precision chuck with automatic clamping function, which is compatible with single-plane and double-plane dynamic balancing measurement, and the servo motor drives the chuck rotation through the belt, with a smooth rotating speed and small error. The equipment adopts vibration sensors with high sensitivity and stable performance, and the data acquisition and processing are completed by customized data acquisition cards and high-performance industrial computers, which have perfect functions such as electrical compensation, eccentricity compensation, spectrum analysis, measurement data storage, export and printing, etc., which have good repeatability and high working efficiency.

4.1 Dual station design, balance measuring station and correction station can be carried out at the same time, higher productivity.

4.9 Measurement data will be saved automatically, and the system will judge whether the rotor is qualified or not after the measurement is completed, and the historical measurement values will be recorded in the form of text automatically.

4.10 One million vertical records can be stored, and the historical measurement data file can be viewed and exported.

4.11 Historical measurement data can be exported through USB interface, and the export format is csv, which can be opened by Excel and other software.
