1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Nail Polisher Motor Rotor Balancing Machine High Precision Laser Ablation Balancing Machine is designed for automatic balancing of rotors and rotor assemblies for client's nail polishers. The machine has two test stations, compatible with dynamic balance measurement for rotors with and without bearings. An adjustable position laser device can correct the unbalance of rotors in one station while testing the dynamic balance in the other station, resulting in higher utilization of the components. The machine uses radial laser de-weighting at the balancing rings at both ends of the workpiece, which is a fast and accurate balancing correction method for rotating bodies with high speeds and high precision.
Zero Dynamic’s Nail Polisher Motor Rotor Balancing Machine High Precision Laser Ablation Balancing Machine adopts soft bearing dynamic balance test structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor, which can meet the dynamic balance measurement of different rotors at different rotational speeds, so as to find the rotational speed with the best vibration damping effect as the balancing rotational speed. The soft bearing structure has advantages of high vibration resistance and high repeat accuracy. The servo motor and O-ring drives the rotor to rotate, which has fast response ability and stable operation. Zero Dynamic's laser balancing machine software is highly integrated with laser control software, and laser de-weight balancing is controlled by software, PLC and laser, which can realize precision dynamic balancing that is difficult to be realized by other ways (product residual unbalance value can be controlled within 0.3mg). The laser balancing machine is equipped with pulse vacuum cleaner, which can effectively adsorb the dust generated by the laser correction, ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment table and at the same time strongly protecting the health of the operators.
