1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Vertical Power Tool Impeller Drilling Balancing Machine is an automatic balancing machine designed for client's power tool impellers and other disk type workpieces. This equipment belongs to the series of single-plane vertical automatic balancing machine. This series of balancing machine is widely used for single-plane unbalance measurement and drilling/milling correction of disk type rotors, such as flywheel, brake drum, gear, clutch, flange, planetary carrier, brake disk, water pump impeller.
Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Vertical Power Tool Impeller Drilling Balancing Machine adopts internal rising type pneumatic elastic fixture to fix the workpiece, which has the advantages of simple structure, high centering precision, reliable clamping, easy to assemble and disassemble. The equipment has two working stations: balance test station and balance correction station. The two stations can work at the same time for higher efficiency. Balance correction is carried out in a seperate station, which can ensure that the measurement accuracy of the testing station will not be affected by the long time de-weighting force. The de-weighting device adopts the drilling method to correct the balance and is equipped with a high-power vacuum cleaner, which starts and stops automatically to collect the cutting iron. The equipment is equipped with MES system interface function (including hardware and software) and has network communication port.

4. Main Features:
4.1 Dual-station design, balance measurement and balance correction can be carried out at the same time, which is more efficient.
4.2 Balance correction is not carried out in the testing station, which can ensure that the measurement accuracy of the testing station will not be affected due to long time de-weighting force.
4.3 Precision rising sleeve structure fixes the workpiece, which has the advantages of simple structure, high centering accuracy, reliable clamping and quick changeover.
4.4 The equipment can be connected to MES system (including hardware and software), with network communication port.
4.5 Multi-safety protection, safety grating, protective door, emergency stop button.
4.6 Fully automatic realization of testing, de-weighting and re-testing. Operator only need to load and unload according to the instructions.
4.7 Quick-changeover of workpiece fixtures and retrieval of corresponding standard, automatic tool setting, improving changeover efficiency.
4.8 The dynamic balancing software has the function of mass distribution, which decomposes the amount of unbalance in the prohibited correction area on the rotor into the allowed correction area, thus avoiding damage to the workpiece.
