Fourth, the warranty period

Within one year after Party A delivers the ship, Party B is responsible for free repairs due to problems caused by unreasonable design and poor manufacturing quality of Party B.
The guarantee period shall be 12 months after Part A deliver the vessel, during the guarantee period, if any problem arises due to the reason of design and manufacturing quality, Part B shall be responsible for repairing free of charge.

5. This agreement is an attachment to the contract and will take effect at the same time as the contract.

The technical agreement is as the attachment of contract, and become effective after business contract signing.

Sixth, the matter has not been completed, the two sides resolved through friendly negotiations.
