:CB455-91 Marine Pressure Water Tank / Fresh Water Pressure Water Tank / Sea Water Pressure Water Tank Function:

The marine pressure water tank is a closed container on the ship. When the water supplied to the water pump is greater than the water consumption, the excess water enters the water tank. The water level rises and compresses the air in the upper space, and the water pressure of the entire water supply line also gradually increases. When the pressure reaches (30~40) x 104Pa, the pressure relay tube 5 acts on the pressure relay 7, so that the motor is de-energized and the water pump stops working. As the water is consumed, the water level in the marine pressure tank drops. When the pressure drops to (15-20) x 104 Pa, the pressure relay is turned on again, the motor works, and the water pump starts to supply water again. This solves the contradiction between the change of water consumption and the continuous operation of the pump, which can save electricity. The air valve 4 is used to inflate the pressure water tank to compensate for losses due to air leakage or absorption by water. However, since the compressed air may contain a small amount of oil, the compressed air pipe is generally not connected to the drinking water pressure tank.
The pressure water tank water supply equipment is light and small, and can be installed at any lower part, which can automatically control and save electricity.
