5.2.5 Dust collection system
The Dust Collecting System includes filter cartridge dust collector, air blower and duct and connecting ducts between dust collector and main machine.
Secondary dust collecting Model: primary dust removal is steel shots setting chamber on the top of equipment. The
settling chamber is an inertial settling chamber complying with the aerodynamic principle, which enables the effective settlement of abrasives and without any pressure loss. One-way valve to prevent pneumatic conveying on the bottom of setting chamber, can effectively achieve abrasives setting. Purpose of this level of dust collecting is to clean pipeline
suction sand.
Secondary dust collecting system is economical and practical bag type dust collector. It uses Venturi tube pulse backflush cleaning system, with high filtration rate, high filtration accuracy, and good cleaning effect. Dust removal efficiency 99.9%, emission≤85mg/m3.
