FBE coated ductile iron pipe is pipe with an interior of epoxy ceramic made of epoxy resin, quartz powder and others with a dry film thickness of more than 1,000μm,and the excellent corrosion resistance electrical insulating property makes it be a preferential position in transporting municipal sewage, reclaimed water, etc. Pipe wall thickness compliance shall be demonstrated by the manufacturer; a combination of various means may be used, such as pipe weight control; direct wall thickness measuring or gauging by suitable equipment, such as mechanical or ultrasonic equipment. The frequency of testing is related to the system of production and quality control used by the manufacturer.
