DTF printing drying step
After all excess powder is removed and the adhesive has strong chemical bonds to the ink, the entire transfer flows through the curing oven. The DTF printer has multiple controls to accurately track the perfect speed that matches the feed rate of your design.
Curing is essentially a small belted T-shirt oven designed to cure and melt the adhesive powder, allowing the transfer to be dried by hand.
Another great feature of DTF printers is that they can be left on the shelves after being cured for over a year. If you have a make-up order or extra that needs to be printed, you can print an additional cheap transfer for that job. You can work on additional orders and the end of production runs.
