Descriptions of MG automatic dry mix plant:
MG workshop-type Dry Mix Plant is used for special mortar production, such as Wall putty manufacturing plant or tile adhesive production line. The material feeding method and the raw material storage system of the equipment located in workshop vary according to customers' products and plant conditions. The small-size equipment requires a few types of power silo and a small container volume, and therefore a low output of mortar with single variety is achieved and a low investment is needed.
Features and Advantages of MG dry mix plant:
1. Outstanding mixing performance
1) The plant is equipped with patented plow-type mixer, which is capable to produce highly homogeneous mixture and discharge end product completely without any residue. The plant could carry out dosage accurately and perform task highly efficiently.
2) Mixer barrel is made of high quality wear-resistant super alloy. Mixing blades made in specific wear-resistant alloy, with adjustable structure, easy for replacement and adjusting distance to barrel.
3) Big angle inclined discharge gate is fitted with multiple layers of sealing protection. Mechanically self-locked during operation, guarantee absence of material leakage, and ensuring end products fully discharged. Self-cleaning system, preventing material from sticking or blocking the gate.

3) Points that may generate dust are fitted with pulse dust collectors and reclaimed dust is reused.
4. Reliable, stable and user-friendly double-computer synchronized control system for dry mortar plant
