Introduction
Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission parts, double ribbon agitators and U-shape chamber. It's a multifunctional mixing equipment of stable operation, reliable quality, low noise, long life, easy installation and maintenance.

This machine mainly applies to food, daily chemical, seasoning, pesticides and other industries.Such as milk power, corn powder, soybean milk powder, herbs, cereals, condiments, spices, food additives, salt, chilli power, coffee, milk tea, flour and etc.
Working Princyple & Structure
Double ribbon blender: Inside and outside type, much more effective in mixing powder item. In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the materials are sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly.
