Main features

Advantages

Compact structure: The main heat transfer component of the dryer is the shovel-shaped paddles, which are densely and cross-arranged on a fixed rotating shaft at a specified interval, so the heat transfer per unit volume is relatively high. For this reason, the structure of this equipment is very compact and occupies a small area.
High heat transfer efficiency: Due to the continuous mixing of raw materials, the relatively rotating shovel-shaped blades and the inclined blade surfaces, as well as the heating and cooling of the machine body, all surfaces in contact with the product can transfer heat energy evenly.
Self-cleaning performance: Since the movement of the blades is relatively rotating, they have a continuous self-cleaning effect on the nearby inner surfaces. Products that are stuck to each other and accumulated on the blades can be removed and re-enter the production process.
Simple control: The drying process and residence time can be easily checked, controlled and adjusted. They can be set and adjusted individually according to the physical properties of the dried product, the number of shafts or blades, the speed, the temperature of the heat transfer body and the drying time.
Less dust and odor: Since the gas flow used in the drying process is very small, the dust and odor that can be generated are also very small. Therefore, the vacuum cleaner or deodorizer used with it is also small or does not need to be used at all.
Suitable for drying products with high humidity: Due to the use of paddle-type drying elements and continuous mixing and stirring, materials with high viscosity and high humidity can be dried. Its structural design avoids the accumulation of products in dead corners and overheating or corruption caused by product accumulation.
Almost no wear and material loss: the speed of the paddle is very low, only 10 to 40 revolutions per minute, which effectively avoids abrasion and rapid wear of machine tools and equipment caused by abrasion. In addition, the risk of metal material rupture is reduced to a minimum.
