It contacts the body and the blades and is fully heated, so that the surface moisture contained in the sludge evaporates. At the same time, the sludge is transported to the discharge port in a spiral trajectory with the rotation of the blade shaft, and continues to be stirred during transportation, so that the moisture seeping from the sludge continues to evaporate. Finally, the uniformly dried qualified product is discharged from the discharge port. The jacketed shell structure is adopted, so that the sludge is evenly heated at each interface inside the machine, the shaft rotates, the sludge is constantly tumbling in the equipment, and the heating surface is constantly refurbished.
