Ternary material disc dryer:
The disc dryer can dry ternary materials. The disc dryer is a new type of conductive drying equipment with the advantages of continuous operation, closed operation, high evaporation intensity, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and small footprint. In the production of ternary materials, the disc dryer is particularly suitable for drying ternary material precursors because the material has a large moisture content, is relatively loose, has general fluidity, and has strict requirements on the iron ion content of the material after drying.
Working principle and applicability of disc dryer:
The disc dryer uses heat transfer oil as the heating medium. The material moves on the drying disc to complete the heat and mass transfer process. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the dryer, and the wet steam is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan after passing through the dust collector. This method occupies a small area, has a good operating environment, and does not pollute the environment.
Basic information of ternary materials:
Ternary materials refer to materials composed of three chemical components (elements), components (single substances and compounds) or parts (parts). They are widely used in mineral extraction, metal smelting, material processing, new energy and other industries. Compared with lithium cobalt oxide batteries, batteries with ternary materials as positive electrodes are safer, cheaper, and have higher gram capacity. They are suitable for power batteries and small batteries.
