Jaw crusher is suitable for primary and secondary crushing. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railway, irrigation and chemical industries. Our jaw crusher have the features of high reduction ratio, even powder sizes, low power consumption and easy maintenance. The crushing strength of the jaw crusher materials is up to 320 Mpa. It is easy to install, operate and maintain.
Jaw crusher structure consist of main frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, adjusting screw gap, the reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw and other components.
The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the movable jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring, then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.
With larger feed openings and bigger crushing strokes, Jaw Crusher is suitable for crushing big size lumps in large quantity. Jaw Crushers are especially recommended for primary and concrete recycling, river stones, tough ores, for a very long life. From the welded steel base to the rugged eccentric shaft, the jaw crusher is built with brute strength with quality bearings.
