Working Principles of Solid Powders Packing Machine:

 
1. While the speed of the motor is adjusted steplessly by the inverter, the flow rate of the material in the feeding tube is adjusted by the air flow. The whole process is completed by a microcomputer.
2. The specific method is that in the initial stage of material filling, high-speed running impellers or spiral blades feed the material into the filling port, the thrust formed and the compressed air set in the filling tube help the material to quickly flow into the packaging bag;
3. The material is filled to the required weight, and the motor starts to decelerate, until the required packing weight is reached, the flow pressure is gradually reduced, and the cross section of the canned tube is gradually reduced under the action of the cylinder until the accurate weighing is completely closed.
 

Structures of Bulk Solid Granular Packer:

 
This series of packaging machine is mainly composed of body, ash discharge mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism, bagging mechanism, etc. It has functions such as automatic bag dropping and manual bag dropping.
1. Body: Mainly adopts welded steel structure, high strength, high rigidity, compact and lightweight.
2. Ash discharge mechanism: The main shaft impeller is driven by a 3kw motor to rotate. The rotating impeller discharges the dry powder mortar and is loaded into the packaging bag through the ash discharge pipe.
3. Control mechanism: Insert the material packaging bag and touch the micro switch to start filling. When the material is filled to the specified weight, the computer of the weighing mechanism sends a signal, the computer valve works, and the control mechanism moves the cylinder to close the discharge port. Filling stops and the bagging cylinder shrinks at the same time, loosening the packaging bag.
4. Weighing mechanism: It is mainly composed of computer scale, sensor and scale body. When the material is filled to the set weight, the sensor sends a signal to the computer. After processing by the computer, the control signal is output and the motor stops running. At the same time, the material outlet is closed, the filling is stopped and the bag is automatically loosened to ensure that the bag weight is qualified.
5. Bagging mechanism: Unique and novel automatic bag pressing device. When the dry powder mortar is loaded to the nominal weight, the cylinder closes the discharge port and the automatic bag feeding device works.
