DMC type pulse single bag filter is widely used in the dust-containing gas purification treatment system of the building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing industries, etc. The ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
Working Principles of cartridge dust collector:
Dust air firstly enters into cyclone separator from dust source through suspended hood which is connected with dust remover. High density dust is radically split by cyclone within the tank; large grain size dust is separated and falls into storage tank at the lower end ; fine particle dust enters the hop-pocket dust collector or filter dust remover; remaining fine particle dust is blocked on the surface of the hop-pocket and cylinder; clean air is discharged out of the dust remover after passing through the filter material. The former part of the cyclone separator has separated most of the dust particles (efficiency>75%), so dust removing burden in the later part is reduced, which enhances filtering efficiency and prolong its service life.
Features of oblique insertion filter cartridge dust collector:
- High purification efficiency - The filter cartridge imported or assembled domestically can ensure 99.99% filtration efficiency for submicron particles.
- Small occupation area - the perfect combination of high efficiency filter cartridge and submerged flow dust collector greatly reduces the volume and occupation area of dust collector.
- Low operating costs - low operating resistance, low energy consumption and operating costs. Usually the initial resistance is 25 mm water column, and the normal operation resistance is 50-75 mm water column.
- Design Science - Design of horizontal filter cartridge, maintenance and replacement of filter cartridge is simpler, quicker, safer and shorter downtime. Using the unique design principle of submerged flow, gravity and top-down airflow pattern, the secondary pollution of dust filter material is avoided.
- Simple and convenient operation - advanced full-automatic compressed air pulse ash removal mode is adopted to make the service life of the filter cartridge longer and ensure the continuous low resistance operation of the dust collector.
- Flexibility - According to the actual situation or customer requirements, the equipment can be designed as explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof.
